I’ve always been fascinated by the fact that some people seem to effortlessly know their direction in life and other quite simply don’t. I believe there are three simple reasons for getting stuck and not knowing what you want or how to get it.

What You Can Expect

My strategy is quite simple and involves three simple strands

  1. Know Yourself – we spend a session or two figuring out your core values (what’s important to you), and who you are as a person. We also spend a little time analysing what you did in the past so you can clearly identify the mistakes you’ve made so you never repeat them
  2. Know where you want to go – the most important past of any journey is knowing precisely where your destination is so we’ll spend a session or two clearly defining where you want to go (setting SMART goals).
  3. Know your plan – we’ll spend a session or two developing your action plan and deciding upon how you can remain accountable as you put your plan into action and stick to your targets.
