Fibromyalgia Ireland

Hi, my name is Paul Hunter. If you’ve googled “fibromyalgia” or “fibromyalgia ireland”, you’ve come to the right page.
I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, CBT Practitioner and Life Coach. I have been helping people from all over Ireland to soothe their fibromyalgia symptoms and their perception of pain for the past fifteen years.
Many sufferers have described it over the years. Here are some of the words they’ve used:
- I am constantly aching – it never stops
- Can’t think clearly / feel like my brain is in a “fog”
- No matter what I do, I just can’t seem to sleep
- It has made me feel so down
- Painkillers only work sometimes
All of the people who have come to see me agreed that the thought that there is no cure makes it worse. The idea that they’ll never feel better makes most people lose hope and start experiencing depression.
The good news is that there is hope of a brighter future. You mind has immense potential and you can train it to help you.
