Hi, my name is Paul Hunter. If you’ve googled “chronic pain” and you’d like to know how to soothe or reduce your pain, you’ve come to the right page.

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, CBT Practitioner and Life Coach. I have been helping the people of Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Limerick and Tipperary soothe their chronic pain conditions for the past fifteen years.

What Is Chronic Pain?

Chronic pain is different from acute pain. When you accidentally place your hand on a hot hob, you experience acute pain. In other words, the pain is immediate but it goes away gradually as the body heals itself.

Chronic pain is different. You experience it constantly. To be classified as “chronic”, it should last longer than six months.
